Switching your number is no problem for us, and always free of charge.
1: Switch to Proximus
When you place your subscription order you will be asked if you want to keep your current number and if so to fill in you current sim-card numbers etc. When you've completed the order placement we will make sure your number is transferred to your new sim-card.
From Pay & Go to Smile Together (Proximus users)
You will be asked to fill if you want to keep your current number and if so to fill in your current Pay & Go information. When you've completed the order placement we will make sure your number is transferred to your new sim-card.
2: Switch to BASE
When you place your subscription order you will be asked if you want to keep your current number and if so to fill in you current sim-card numbers etc. When you've completed the order placement we will make sure your number is transferred to your new sim-card.
